My husband and i were exploring a nearby town called Ballan. We noticed a sign saying mineral spring and got curious so we went looking for it. After some driving and a bit of walking we finally discovered a little picnic area and some signs about the mineral spring and also a pump that you can use to fill up your own bottles. spring water is the cleanest water there is because its been filtered by the earth itself. This happens when the water peculates down and filter by all the earth substrate it accumulates in deep aquifers and when those aquifers are full the water is brought up to the surface at springs. I was surprised when Ihad sip of this water because it was fizzy and cool. when you collect this water its important to use glass bottles because plastic bottles are porus which means it breaths glass bottles wont do that which will hold in all the goodness of you mineral spring water. plastic will also leach its toxic phthalates or BPA into the water.
unlike bottled spring water that has been contaminated but filtration and plastic, spring water you collect yourself is alive and has been stored under ground for many years. Natural mineral water contains many of the minerals, trace elements and micro nutrients missing from modern processed foods that are necessary for health, strength and general well-being.
some minerals you will find in natural mineral spring water are.
